Prenatal Fitness Programme
This program is for those with normal and uncomplicated pregnancies. One can start an exercise programme from as early as the second trimester. These exercises can be relaxing and enjoyable and they should be done regularly. Besides the physical benefits of a fitness routine, you will have increased pep and energy- and looking better enhances your self image.
Prenatal Fitness Programme Highlights
We understand that your needs vary. Accordingly the programme is provided in three formats- morning, evening and weekends.
The fitness programme is done every alternate day on weekdays- three sessions per week. One can continue with this right till the birth of the baby.
Lamaze sessions begin from the 24th week onward (the spouse is encouraged to attend).
Counseling sessions are done on any week day as convenient to the mother (and the father).
Postnatal Fitness Programme
This programme starts soon after the birth of your baby. The programme emphasizes regaining abdominal strength and the toning and firming those parts of the body that tends to loose tone during pregnancy.
