Following are the steps for availing our services:

Step 1:

The first step for becoming a patient at Wellspring Hospitals is to contact our International Patient Care Services Personnel. We would request to send your medical records through email* us info@wellspringhospitals.com . Once we know about you and your needs it will help us to expedite the process. (If required, the hospital will arrange a video conference or teleconference with the treating doctor)

{* While submitting your medical records as said above, please make sure that your records are complete, and preferably in English, and include all relevant scans, and test results.}

Step 2:

IIPCS aims to respond to your query within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the help required, the response could include advice on procedure along with a quotation or if the concerned doctor feels that he/she needs to know more or view recent reports, we will communicate to you accordingly.

Step 3:

If you decide to undergo the procedure at our hospital, we shall assist you with the visas process, tickets and other travel arrangements. Kindly send us your passport details so that we can send you the visa invitation letter for you to apply for the medical visa.

Step 4:

On acquiring Visa, we shall communicate the dates on which you can plan the travel so that we can initiate the procedure without much delay. We request you to carry the following documents with you when you come to our hospital for availing services:

» All your medical records

» Your ‘fitness to fly’ certificate (if medically warranted)

» Referral notes from your doctor (if any)

Step 5:

On confirmation of you tickets kindly do confirm your arrival by sending us the details about your date of arrival, time of arrival, flight Number and name of the airline. On arrival, you will be received at the airport by our representative, and taken directly to a hotel/place of stay. (All of our staff speak English, should you want any particular foreign language translator, kindly mention it us 48 hours in advance).

Step 6:

Appointments shall be confirmed on your arrival. Our executive shall pick you up from your place of stay for your first appointment. You are required to produce your passport at the registration counter to get registered at our hospital. The hospital will maintain a copy of your passport (Photo page and visa page) in your hospital record. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of India. If you have arrived on Medical visa then the hospital shall register you with the FRRO and send a letter to the nearby police station. If need be you might have to visit the FRRO office or the commissioner’s office.

Step 7:

Initiation of the procedure as per the consultants advice.

Step 8:

Payment for the procedure as discussed.

Step 9:

On completion of the procedure follow up is done by the medical coordinator via e-mail, teleconference or video conference

** An initial payment of 50 % of the package shall be paid on arrival to the hospital. The remaining shall be paid as per the discussed schedule on your arrival based on the duration of the procedure.
